At this time we have a no refund nor exchange policy. Our items are inspected once it arrives to our warehouse, and re-inspected once your order is picked and tripled checked when packaged.
If at the time your order arrives and you received a wrong item please contact us via email at email@example.com no later than 48 hours so we can evaluate the issue and make things right for you. Life happen and orders can get mixed up.
If you received free shipping and have an issue with your order please contact us as well within the 48 hours of receiving your package, if we did something wrong an email will be sent to you with the return shipping label - please do return no later than 48 hours of receiving the return shipping label. If not returned within the allotted timeframe we will not process any refunds (if this is an applicable situation to you). If a package is returned to us without first contact us, we will not process an refund nor will we be contacting you.
If a package is returned by the carrier to us, you will be responsible to pay for the re-shipment cost.
Damaged Items/ Wrong Items:
Please send email to firstname.lastname@example.org include the order number, item description with the issue, pictures and videos. As well pictures of the packaging (the box it was shipped in). Send us the email no later than 48 hours of receiving package.
