Shipping Policy

Processing time is same day or next day (Monday - Friday) this does exclude Holidays and Weekends. 

Our Free Shipping is for most of the United States orders and for product totaling $175 or more. The $175 cannot include shipping cost nor taxes- it will be automatically applied at the time of checkout and no coupon is needed.

**EXCLUDED STATES for free shipping - Hawaii, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau if you select the free shipping option at checkout we will send you an email link with the shipping cost - if not paid or no response to our email is received within 48 hours we will cancel the order** (Thank you for your understanding)

We do our best to get all of our orders out the same day if you order before 9 am MST- Arizona time. If not your order will ship the next business day.

Shipping duration is 3-5 business days via USPS First Class Mail and UPS Ground shipping. Priority Mail is 2-3 business days delivery and Priority Express is 1-2 business days guarantee delivery shipping. Please refer to the carriers site to have more of clear understanding how each zone works with the duration of the shipping methods they offer. 

USPS First Class Mail does not include insurance, if you would like to add insurance please contact us. All UPS Ground, USPS Priority and USPS Express automatically include up to $100 of product insurance. If you wish to add more coverage to your order please contact us before placing an order to further assist you. 

 

We ship orders daily and are dropped off with the carrier no later than 4pm MST. Please note once an order is with the carrier it is no longer our responsibility if it gets lost/damaged. Any issues with delivery delays or lost packages are the Customers responsibility and should contact either the USPS or UPS for further assistance on obtaining a shipment status or initiate a claim. We are always willing to assist in anyway possible but we will not contact the carriers for you. 

During the Holidays - Carriers are extremely business and delays are expected to happen which is completely out of our control.
