Tumblers color change when exposed to direct sunlight and glow green when in the dark. When in doors the tumbler will be white as seen on pictures. The glow will all depends on how much sunlight the tumbler observe - glows for a few minutes not all night.

Sublimation tips:
Before I sublimate on any tumbler I place the tumbler inside the oven turn on the oven to 400 degree and bake the tumbler for 20 minutes, turn oven off and remove the tumbler from the oven. Let the tumbler cool completely before prepping the tumbler with the sublimation image, then sublimate as usual. I personally set the oven to 380 degrees let it preheat, place the tumbler in the oven and at the 3 minute mark I flip the tumbler and at 6 minutes I turn the oven off and remove the tumbler. I instinctively remove the sleeve and paper to avoid paper sticking to the tumbler.
